Log into your Gold account and select the items you wish to return from your order history to generate a return authorization.

Package Your Items

Place the unworn items in their original designer packaging and include the packing slip inside the box to ensure faster processing.

Attach the Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.

Ship and Track

Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund is fully processed.
